New Music Friday with Sauce Music - July 19th, 2024

Written by Samuel Kaplan

This week's Fresh Finds opens with Waylon Wyatt, who has just released his debut EP, ‘Til The Sun Goes Down’. The project features seven tracks, including two previously unreleased songs, "Your Whereabouts" and "Riches to Rags." In today's single-dominated landscape, it’s common for artists to release multiple singles before the official launch of a project. This approach aligns

with how listeners consume music in today’s streaming-dominated climate, and it has worked extremely well for Waylon. Each song is well-connected and cohesive, creating a unified message throughout the EP. With ‘Til The Sun Goes Down’, the young star from Hackett, Arkansas, solidifies his place as one of the brightest rising talents in the country music scene.

Our next highlight is Graham and his new single, "Breathe." Set against a folk-inspired guitar strum, "Breathe" carries significant emotional weight and showcases Graham's ability to be vulnerable as a songwriter and artist. His message is heartfelt and genuine, epitomizing his authenticity as a creator. The catchy hook makes it an ideal song for summer nights by the campfire. We highly encourage you to add this one to your summer playlists.
